Coconut Cupcakes
1 White Cake Mix
1 can coconut oil
2 Tbsp oil
3 eggs
2 tsp coconut extract
Mix together and bake for 18 minutes at 350
Coconut Frosting
1 8 oz Softened Cream Cheese
1 stick of softened butter
3 cups of powdered sugar
2 tsp coconut extract
